With Investors Realty Resource (IRR) being one of the largest & most trusted real estate investors club in Colorado, our Monthly Meetings have an average attendance of 150-200 investors who come together to network, get introduced to various real estate related vendors and learn about real estate topics from our monthly speakers. You may find a partner, a mentor, a lender, an attorney, a realtor or any other number of people who can be a fundamental part of your success plan.

We do not consider ourselves to be professional seminar promoters. We are experienced investors who have been there and done that and are dedicated to helping you sort out fact from fiction. We welcome real estate investors of all experience levels. Whether you’re new to real estate, or looking for a great networking resource, you owe it to yourself to check out an IRR meeting.

Our monthly meetings are set up in a relaxed atmosphere designed to help facilitate networking with other investors. Networking is from 6:00pm to 6:30pm, and the general session is from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Monthly Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month and are FREE for our IRR members. Guests are always welcome to pay $20.00 at the door. Come check us out, if you pay the guest fee at the door and decide to join that evening, we will apply the guest fee to your annual membership.
