A: Generally, prohibited persons for your plan are you, your spouse, your children, their spouses, your parents, their spouses, other lineal ascendants or descendents, plus any company that they or a combination of them own a 50% or controlling interest in, plus a few others. Your Plan may not enter into transactions with a disqualified person or entity. Note that the list does NOT include siblings.
