Entrust New Direction Offers Discount to Newly Unemployed
Entrust New Direction IRA, Inc, a self-directed IRA/401(k) administrator for the Rocky Mountain region, announced a new deal for the newly unemployed. "We want people to know that they have options for their retirement funds," said Catherine Wynne, President of Entrust New Direction. "If someone has just been laid off, they probably have a free 401(k) to rollover into a self-directed IRA, and for them, we'll waive the account opening fees."

When a retirement investor wants to buy gold or other precious metals through their IRA, metals dealers frequently sell "proof coins" noting that proof American Eagles are specifically allowed by the IRS.
