Positions Available:

Rapidly growing financial institution seeks sharp, self-motivated, and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor on the phone and in person. A bachelor’s degree and experience in the fields of banking, finance, or investing are preferred but not required. Vacation, medical, dental, and retirement benefits available following six months of employment. Full-time position with hourly pay (starting compensation commensurate with experience). Advancement within our organization will be available to anyone who excels in this position.

Our new client representative will provide outstanding customer service and client education via email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings. We thrive on exposing clients to new ideas and opportunities, but we do not sell investments or provide investment advice. The job requires significant phone time but NO cold calling.

Additional Qualifications

  • Basic office equipment knowledge (computer, copier, fax, multi-line phone system)
  • Computer literacy required (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.)
  • Excellent communication/customer service skills
  • Thorough and detail-oriented with a professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

As a Real Estate Transactions Processing Specialist, you will assist our clients with the purchase or sale of real estate without providing any investment advice or recommendations. You will review internal investment documents and applicable real estate contracts to verify they are complete, accurate, and compliant with IRS guidelines. You must also maintain communication, as warranted, with third-party real estate professionals (brokers, lenders, etc.). Once all matters related to a particular transaction are in order, you will issue funds from the client account to fulfil the investment.

Additional Duties:

  • Organize compiled investment documents and retain electronic records of investment packets
  • Enter investment information into the company's CRM and accounting software to track investments and initiate funding
  • Maintain records of all transactions and client interactions using our CRM software
  • Calculate investment fees and maintain a weekly billing report
  • Provide timely and comprehensive responses to client inquiries
  • Work with other departments to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Cross-train with others in the organization.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Thorough and detail-oriented with a professional attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Real estate sales, lending, or title company experience (preferred)
  • Pass a criminal background check (required as a financial institution)
